The Tri-Area DOM Search Committee is now accepting resumes for the Director of Missions position. Tri-Area Baptist Association serves 40 diverse congregations across five counties in eastern New Mexico, networking together to build God's kingdom. We are prayerfully seeking the man God has called to help lead and serve our association with vision and faithfulness.
The deadline for submitting a resume will be December 31,2025.

When a resume is received, it will be acknowledged. A preliminary questionnaire and a Reference Release Form will be sent to the candidate. The initial questionnaire should be completed and returned to the Tri-Area Baptist Association DOM Search Committee within two weeks.
After the initial questionnaire is returned and the signed, Reference Release Form is returned, that along with the applicant’s resume will be distributed to the Search Committee members and evaluated by the committee according to the criteria established.
